Do I need to pay for the shipping?

Shipping is free, and the shipping method is chosen by BedStory by default. While shipping is free, we will choose both economical and fast way.

When can I expect to receive my BedStory products?

Our products typically ship out of their respective facilities 1-2 business days after you place your order.

Then take between 1-5 business days in transit to arrive at your door.

To streamline production, different products may ship from different facilities, meaning multi-product shipments may not always arrive together.

Once your product ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

And the products you order will be sent from our warehouse：C/O Warehouse 1, Mill Lane Industrial Estate, Kirby Road, Glenfield, LE3 8DX
